About Heta

Yoga has always been a part of my life seeing my family have it as their routine, I remember when my mum took me to a class back in 2007 when I was 14, that’s when my real journey would start.
I have healed and grown in every way with yoga, it’s helped me physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
My classes are open to everyone and anyone, I don’t care what your background is, all I care is that you feel welcome. You can be you and I approach a community vibe. I have taught in my places to various groups of all ages. My aim is to help bring the best out and evolve you higher, it sounds cliche but honestly the same happened to me and I haven’t looked back.
I believe all yoga styles come from Hatha yoga and am not really a big label person, I like to see how my students feel and shape it accordingly. My classes describe more of what the class will do rather than a specific yoga style which is a big thing in modern yoga.
I have trained 200 hours in Anusara yoga in the UK and 500 hours in Hatha yoga from S-VYASA university in India. Other trainings I have completed are Youth/Teenage Yoga (40 hours) and Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga (85 hours).
My love for learning never ends, I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner having trained for 4 years and did my summer internships in India, as well as being a Transformational Coach.
Feel free to reach out to me for the services I offer and wish you all the peace and blessings!
